Return and Delivery Policy 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days.

All our item is Made to Order. All Made-To-Order products are handmade; the usual turnaround time for online ‘made to order’ products are 3+ weeks, or according to the timings mentioned on each product’s description.

Please note that this lead time doesn’t include delivery times. The shipment will always be recorded. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please ensure to provide an accurate delivery address where your shipment can be received and signed for during business hours.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using the link provided. Order status may take up to 1-5 hours to update after the order has been placed.

Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Handling Fee

Depending on the product you are ordering, we will choose the right packaging for you. Handling Fee is Subjects to product category and weight.

Return, refund, and exchange 

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from EVE-COUTURE. We operate as Made to Order, all Made-To-Order products are handmade exclusive for you and are FINAL SALE, we therefore do not currently offer refunds or exchanges at this time but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because our products are hand made in our atelier, we can assist you with any amendments required that your product to fit well. This can attract an extra cost for returning to atelier and for any appointments & amendments.

Before placing your order, please always refer to the measurement chart for more information on sizing, so it is essential to compare your measurements against the size chart. We are also happy to provide support and guidance where needed. If you are not sure what size, you need please contact us at: info@eve-couture.co.uk and we can support you or offer Custom or Bespoke service.

Cancel your Order:

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within 24 hours from placing your order. The easiest way to do this is to email info@eve-couture.co.uk, we will e-mail you back to confirm we have received your cancellation. 

 If you cancel your order within the 24 hours period, we will: 

– Make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below: 

– We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. 

OTHER:

Silk

We cannot be responsible for general wear and tear and any transformations that occur due to the nature of the natural materials used. Due to the natural and organic characteristics of the silk fibre there may be small natural imperfections in the weave or slight variations among them which should be taken as a natural gift not the defect.

– Faulty goods

Each of our items are fully quality checked and controlled before being dispatched. If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact our customer service team immediately by email at info@eve-couture.co.uk. Where possible, we will offer to replace or repair faulty items damaged part.

Please report any faulty goods within 3 working days from the date you received the order.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to different lighting in the photograph, the colour will look slightly different to natural light. Also, as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Please be aware that we do not cover the postage cost of Back to Atelier Orders.

Duties & Taxes

UNITED KINGDOM

The VAT will be included in our prices for UK orders.

EUROPEAN UNION

We deliver to the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid either on delivery of your order through the shipping agent or local customs office.

USA


We deliver to the USA on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid either on delivery of your order through the shipping agent or local customs office.

REST OF WORLD

When products are shipped outside the EU, we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid on delivery of your order.

Please note that we have no control over these import duty and tax charges and cannot predict their amount. It will be your responsibility for paying these charges.

Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Insurance and delivery

Ownership of any products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the later of:

(a) the date on which we receive full payment for those products.

(b) the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.

We ensure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

We shall be entitled to supply your purchases in instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract with us, and we shall be entitled to supply only part of an order.

Refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to EVE-COUTURE, any return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees are not refundable but please contact us and we can rearrange a delivery date what suits you. Please note  that we do not cover the extra cost for second delivery.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are charged in GBP (£) British Pound Sterling. Prices charged to overseas customers will be charged as per the exchange rate at the current moment in time of purchase and as per the charges allocated by the customer’s credit card and debit card company.

International customers will be liable for any appropriate duty or customs charges applied.

All credit and debit cardholders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation. Customers will be notified if their payment is not successful.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.  

 An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. 

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract: we will contact, you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
