Making & Grading

Through digital pattern making and grading you will benefit from 3D prototyping, virtual fittings and previewing the style in different fabrications.

Pattern Cutting

 

We can help you develop patterns on custom or standard measurements and grade your dimensions up and down to create new sizes. 

If you have an existing pattern we will inspect it to confirm it has the proper information, drill holes and notches. We will also check the pattern for mistakes and if it isn’t suitable for production then we will recommend a pattern revision.  ​

Our pattern making service covers:

  • First patterns

  • Final patterns

  • Pattern alterations

  • Flat pattern cutting to draping on the stand

  • Patterns from sketches or any other medium

Toiling & Fitting

 

We are happy to provide you with a personal fitting session to ensure that all parts of the garment measure out exactly as they should and fit each part of the body as intended.

By making the necessary styling and fitting amendments, we make sure that the vision of your sketch is carried through to the 3D product.

 

Sample Making

 

Our ATELIER will provide you with a sample ready to wear, shoot, present to stores or online, send to mass manufacturers to follow the quality or any other purposes you had it made for. The sample is made in accordance with the pattern and any changes applied during the toile fitting.

It will also help us estimate the thread and fabric consumption, and develop cost quotations for production.

 

Small Production Run

 

Our studio is equipped to handle small production runs. Our production service include a full cut, make and trim process – we do everything to make pieces exact replicas of your samples.​

We are capable of:

  • producing mini and exclusive production lines for young and growing brands
  • providing you with quick & fast lead times
  • providing you with highest quality finishings
  • working with very small quantities
